FEI FEI

Fei Fei Sun lookin drop-dead gorgeous in Burberry Prorsum FW 2013. This animal-print striped pencil skirt is just too hot, it looks so great with this soft beige chunky-knitted sweater and this tiny but effective golden belt. Perfect office-look.

Dóra Konsánszky

Hey sunshines!! Hope you´re all fine, and enjoy your weekend! Thank you soo much for visiting my page and follwing ;) so much more fun when people join! ;)

A few days ago I found this amazing designer called Dóra Konsánszky and her S/S 2012 collection is just adorable!! These are my favourite ones - oh  and Dóra thank you so much for  your mail and the pictures!

„D. K. believes in discrete elegancy"

Biography
Dóra Konsánszky trained as a fashion designer at the University of Applied Arts, Budapest, Hungary.
Toward the end of her studies, she was awarded a Nina Ricci - Air France scholarship for fashion designers, and she continued her training at Les Écoles de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, Paris. In 1990, she received her diploma from L’École de l’Alliance de Haute Couture. K. started her professional career in Hungary. The main factors to shape her designs are three-dimensional tailoring and French corsetry, which she studied in detail at L’École Chambre Syndicale de La Couture Parisienne, Paris; at the same time there is her Hungarian education, which focused on the culture of design. Her fashion design reflects this duality of structure and femininity, a delicate mixture between the impact of design and French couture. In addition to fashion design, D. K. has published articles on fashion and worked as a stylist for fashion journals.

Nallik

Nallik - is a word borrowed from the Inuit language. It can´t be translatet directly but means protection and nurturing in a loving way. Inuit people appreciate that we are all conncted to each other and our surroundings (ME TOO!). They respect their enviroment and know it contains everything we need to live. Nallik represent that sense of sustainability. Established in 2010 by Jean Balke is created from natural components like semiprecious natural stones, contrasted with metal.
