Let's talk about hair, recently it's all about the ponytail. Starting last season with Jason Wu's super high ponytails and Jil Sander's super low and effortless one. And 2013 - they are everywhere on the runways, streets and even in the office. No matter if low and cool, loose and sleek (love jil sander, again) or, my fav one, messy and edgy.

Christian Wijnants is an Antwerp-based fashion designer. And I'm super crazy in love with his recent collection. Knit inspired by melting snow and magical dresses by hiking tours?! Uh yeah, that's how I like it 'fashion loves nature'.  Check out the whole collection and fall in love with this genius. And by the way he the last-year Winner of the European Woolmark Prize, so you better watch out for him.

Born in Brussels, Christian moved to Antwerp in 1996 to study fashion design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. His graduate collection won the Christine Mathijs prize for best collection from Dries Van Noten in 2000. After graduation, Christian presented his collection at the prestigious Festival d'Hyères, where it was awarded the Grand Prix and picked up by stores including Colette (Paris), Henri Bendel (New York), Pineal Eye (London), and Via Bus Stop (Tokyo). True words, Mr. Twain. Hi there, was really really sick for about two weeks, so had no energy for anything. Now feeling so much better and since I can already smell and fell the spring my mood is getting better and better. Something like a bear must feel awaking after hibernation. Although it has been snowing since two days. Anyway. Today I´m busy packing and preparing all my stuff for our next trip to lovely Amsterdam. We´ve booked with some friends an awesome old townhouse. And we´re soo excited. Our 'boys' are going to take their BMX with them to check out Amsterdam´s biking spots. So that means enough time for relaxing, sightseeing, shopping, eating delicious food and enjoying Amsterdam´s charm with adorable Betty. Also preparing some further posts, so stay tuned! Vaarwel!

Wonderful monday morning to start with some awesome inspiration. Seems like waffle pullover, plexiglass clutch and embroidered cardis are my new obsession. In general I always used to be a big blue-white-fan, no matter if striped or as an all white look with blue accessories. A real classy color-combo.

Or remember Dolce and Gabbana´s SS 13 collection;  the knited blue-white suite? That piece is made of dreams, seriously! The whole campaign was full of stripes, fresh summer stripes and super fancy. Looking forward for summer, ahh. Anyway. Back to Chanel: Karl wow-ed us again with his interpretation of the "new" CHANEL. Effortless chic, fresh and funny, playful details, thats how Karl´s is pushing it to a new level.

When I was a little girl we´ve lived a few years in Italy, during this time my sister and I used to wear mini hoops with neon colored pacifiers :D all the time. Especially my sister loved them, not just the earrings she also was an know pacifier-thief. ;) But after I´ve started with school I thought that mini hoops were not soo cool anymore. Now, 15 years later they are back again like they were never gone and I´ve never put them down! Looking fresh and cool like never before. Like to wear my tiny silver hoop just on my left ear, bought it 3 years ago and wear it since 24/7. Also love skinny bangles perfect for warm summer days combined with palazzo pants, top and birkis which I also used to wear a loot when I was a little girl, btw. And yes! Sandals also joined my "Upward-List" for 2013. Remember THAT shot by Corinne Day for The Face with gorgeous Kate Moos back in 1990? Kate looked perfect wearing nothing else than birkis and a white blouse.

Since I´ve seen this lovely knit sweater by Chloé, I´m looking for a similar one. But that´s not that easy. For my opinion, if you find something like that it´s not all about "finding". The sweater needs to be in very good quality and fabric. If not it could turn out a little cheap and not sooo good!

Spring 2013 hasn´t started yet, but we already know what the designers are preparing for Autumn 2013. Anyway thought that this preview is more special than any other before. The clothes are getting more casual and relaxed. Even blazers and suits looks comfy and cool like these one from 3.1 Phillip Lim - awesome shape and details. Also love earth & natural tones combined with a hint of metalic. Or like 3.1 Phillip Lim would do it with metalic + animal print (booties). Here are six of my favourits looks from Lim to Wang.

Erin Wasson & Jayne Min by Adam Katz Sinding

The last few years, since my Hip-Hop-R´n´B-Baggypant-time has passed by. I´ve never considered to put on a long chained silver necklace with an XXL pendant. But since I´ve recognized how good it looks with an simple oversized blouse + tank top underneath - like Erin put it on. Or like Jayne Min; Givenchy Shark Tooth Necklace (for my opinion too chunky) with this adorable Asos tweet jumpsuit (now on sale) AND on top this lovely Prada Micro-Clutch, sawn at NYFW SS 2013. I really think about getting one for Spring 2013.

But the most I love this deep and sensitive moment that Adam Katz Sinding catched on this photo. Very sensual. Good Night Beauties.
